Vegan Thanksgiving
So we had a simple Thanksgiving, just me, the wife, and Chloe our dog. With how much I travel for work, I was thankful to be home so that was enough for me.
We cooked together a few things:
1) Spinach & Mushroom Puffed pastry
2) Baked Ziti & Mushroom
3) Beets
4) Apple Crumble (didn't photograph well)
So here is the table:

Time for left overs.... Dang we finished the scones today.
