My newest official weight loss results are in. This was my second hydrostatic bodyfat test. 188.5 lbs, 18.7% bodyfat today vs 202 lbs, 24.5% bodyfat on 1/12/08 and a weight last fall between 210-215 lbs. I also gained a little muscle mass, while loosing a lot of fat. My optimal target is 182 with 15.9% bodyfat. I am hoping… -
