Re: dirty reporting worthy of Katie Couric.
You having cropping issues on images 13, 34, 46 and 51. It's not just one image.... ;) If you found only one image with a crop issue then you need to be a little more critical of your work. That is what this forum is about. I'm going to help you out a bit here with some comments on these photos. They really could use some… -
Re: LPS20 - Unofficial Feedback Thread
Ok, let the carnage continue...:D Page 6, my apologies, disclaimers, blah, blah, etc.... 51 - Trust. Love the shot, Gail. Similar treatment to 'Strong Direction' but I liked that one a little better. The hand on the right to me is a little hot and so some of the details in the skin are lost. 52 - Ent Baby. Nice capture. To… -

7/25/2006 9:26:53 PM Climbing crew of seven arrived at the Mt. St. Helens climbers bivouac from Bremerton Washington at about 8:30 pm, a four hour drive (including a stop for a fast dinner). Setup tents right away. Stars were bright along with a few shooting stars. What a difference it makes to get away from city lights!… -
Bug ST00002: Inconsistent Error Responses for POST Upload
Hi All, There isn't (yet) any test case value associated with this. Tested against HTTP POST returning XML-RPC using MD5 and Byte length vefication. Sample POST available on request. Bug: XML-RPC reponses to POST Upload failures seem to use an inconsistent error reporting scheme. (Either that or the meaning of 'System… -

Re: Public Beta: Lightroom plugin 1.0.4.x
Sample Debug log Here is a debug log. Looks like the timeout is 5 minutes? With 5 retries? The connection I am using is in a scandalous state (broadband at dial-up speeds!). I think these would work properly if they had longer timeouts. Differentiation between a slow connection, and one that has stopped altogether (i.e. a… -

I have a great laptop that I no longer use that I am hoping to find a trade for. I am looking for a Nikon D80 or D200 (body only or body+lens and cash on my part) or a 70-200 2.8 (canon mount). Laptop will have Adobe CS3 Creative Premium suite installed. Valid install as it is my copy for work, but will not include CDs or… -
Re: StatCounter Data Reporting Issue
Additional Information I don't know if this will be any help in your troubleshooting, but I have discovered a strange reporting pattern. Once I enter a gallery, all image view reporting ceases including the identity of the first image identity as the starting point for the next data reporting. However, if when I enter a… -

Re: How does ISO setting affect digital sensors?
Most of the previous replies explain it. The radio-volume dial is a good analogy; If you have a weak station ('low light situation'), you'd have to crank up the volume ('increase ISO setting') to be able to hear anything. However, you'll hear a lot of noise ('noise, blotches, grain') as well. If the noise is too much, you…
