Re: Publish to Facebook - Beta 2. Now with Pages!
Yes I saw this last night as well. I had posted a set of 100+ images, I swear I selected my business page but it posted to my personal page. It did so as I expected all images went up and a single post about the new album was made. Correcting my mistake I deleted the ablum and reloaded the images to my business page. Only… -

Re: Popular photos disappeared
Popular photos disappeared I had 180 photos in my popular photos gallery, voted by my visitors over time. Today, I replaced two photos which were in this gallery. It's normal that these two images would no longer appear in my popular galleries. However, all the 180 (178) photos now have disappeared from my popular photo… -
HTTP PUT uploads don't seem to work
I'm trying to get HTTP PUT to work using python httplib. I made sure all of the headers were set and properly spelled (including case). I simply get a "Broken pipe" error message from the server. Are there any examples of using httplib in python to upload via PUT? is HTTP PUT still a valid upload method? <pre> 173 data =… -

Re: Crystal and Jesse Wedding
I'm surprised that people are talking about a loss of detail; it seems to me to just be a high-key image. For those with an IPS display, (preferably a 178 degree vertical viewing angle) ...you should be able to see detail in the dress without bobbing your head up and down. If you're on a laptop though, yeah... I too would… -
Re: Canon 40D/50D what lens on a budget?
Unless you shoot a lot of architecture you probably wouldn't even notice the distortion on the wide end of the 17-85mm, f3.5-f5.6 IS USM. It is also largely correctable in software fairly easily. A better reason to want the EF-S 17-55mm, f2.8 IS USM is for the much better low-light performance and generally better… -
Mica and Terry - October 10
I love being a part of small weddings. Saturday October 10, I had the privilege of capturing the memories at Mica and Terry's wedding. Mica had an amazing dress. Her grandmother made the cake (and did a beautiful job). Mica's mother worked on the flowers, her sister tied all the favors. The wedding was held at a friend's… -

Re: Monitor Calibration
Gubbs - I have not answered sooner because I hoped somebody would pop in with a nice and inexpensive way to calibrate a monitor. I am not sure what you consider expensive, but I just have not found any way to do if for less than the price of a new lens I used Monoco EZ-Color with the Monoco Optix colorimeter and have been…
