Your favorite wedding photo

There seem to be a lot of wedding photographers here, so I thought this might
be interesting. Please post what you consider to be your best wedding photo
(just one - to make you really think about your choice :) ). Note that this
isn't a call only to wedding photographers. Anybody can post, as long as it's
your own photo.

I'll get the ball rolling. I'm not a wedding photographer, I just took some
pictures (as a guest) at my cousin's wedding recently. But I still like some
of the photos, especially this one:

    cj99si,

Love that shot, but I can't figure out is what are they standing on? And what is giving the reflection? headscratch.gif
Blessed are those who remain flexible, for they shall not get bent out of shape.

My favorite wedding photo - that's hard. I had a hard time just narrowing it down to these few:

    1. From one of my very first weddings last year - I've posted it before ...
    235507334_UBN82-L.jpg

    2. I really like the visual depth of this photo and the implied emotion of the bride
    204113936_fjNe9-L.jpg

    3. This was just a fun shot
    199249157_SynpH-L.jpg

    4. The bride and groom - it's the intense sense of calm and happiness on her face that just blows me away
    218327871_QCqSH-L.jpg

    5. Same couple - I guess the groom is happy!

This is not a real wedding (it's a shot from Shay's WPBC San Diego 2007), but I'll play:

Works now! And, that is a beautiful shot. I also got a couple of keepers there, but thought I should include only those I got "on the job" but it's all fair! And, i love that shot!

I am with Scott and couldn't decide on a favorite. So....I chose a handful exit shots to display here.

From my first wedding. The strong blast of light from a P&S from someone in the audience. I liked the pj feel.

    my faves
I think my absolute favorite would have to be this one, I love the way the light touches her face and her expression:

I just shot this last weekend (august 2nd) and it might now be my favorite bridal:

So many photos from this summer to choose from, I have a few other favorites, but those are probably my top two for now :)

here is one from my most recent wedding shoot... I was shooting 2nd on this one and it was a moment between posing when the b&g had a pure and tender moment... these are always my favorites! I love shooting PJ and these are the type of shots that most people gravitate to when they look over my work. This one begged for b&w IMO. I had a lot of favorites from this wedding but this one seemed most pure and representative of teir feelings for one another.

    349706453_eDHA3-M.jpg

This is from a previous shoot and again a simple moment in time... I love shooting little girls. I have a daughter who is now 9, and every time I take a picture of a young girl I remember how my own daughter was at that age. Simple treasures... one thing all girls cherish. Sometimes a rock from the beach or a broken button from her favorite dress that is now too small. For this little flower girl it was the flower pedals that she tossed around. I hope she finds a way to keep them to remember the day, but if not maybe this photo will help!

Hey, I remember that wedding, I think!! That was your first!? NO WAY!
Isn't that the one where the groomsmen all had pink boxers?
(If so, I always tell that to grooms who have to wear girly colors and they looove that story.)

    Man you started out amazing!

Wow, you have a good memory! Yep, those guys all have pink boxers on underneath it all! mwink.gif

well, I had shot my brother's beach wedding with a Canon power shot about a year prior, but that was my first real wedding with real equipment (and a paycheck Laughing.gif).

That wedding seems like sooooooo long ago...but it was last March, 2007.
