I'm a newbie, but have read just about every thread on dgrin. So I figured it's time I chime in. This is probably my favorite shot from my first (and only) wedding so far. C&C more than welcome. I have two more weddings in the works for this summer right now, so I'm definitely looking forward to improving my work.
I've only done one wedding. I shot it in a photojournalism style, which is to say "just me," with an eye for the honest unscripted moments of who we really are. For me these are the photos that truly speak and last. Two faves )
Aleksandras Babicius, I still believe you got some magic light there in Lithuania .... , I can't get over the fact how well lit your photos always are, just beautiful
My Daughter
I may be a little prejudice since this is my daughter...but it's one of my favorites. She actually didn't want me to bring my camera, but I'm glad I did. The lady she had do her photography gave her a disk of pictures that she was extremely unhappy with......We have to re-rent suites and hire someone else to take some "after wedding" shots soon.
After looking through all nine pages, I must say there are some breathtaking photos here thus far. I don't have too many weddings under my belt, but I'll play. Here are my favorites.

My assistant was taking their pic across the balcony and I was behind.
This next one is my first attempt working with a video light. It's an untouched proof, but I LOVE the softness of the light!!
I get tons of comments on this one - it's one of my favorites!
I love playing with the light I'm given - especially harsh sunlight!

One of my favorite styles is the glowing, dreamy look in old tinted black & white.
