special honorable mention:
imagin' - for submitting 4 versions of the photo until exif finally showed correctly!
Done. We're left with 77 photos for this round. Great job to all
Thanks for all of the kind words guys. But I will not condone the breaking of the rules. I just have to be more careful about the deadline next time. That shot was taken last night, and processed before the deadline. I have no excuse.

There is no way my exif is right, my daug was 3 then. How do I prevent this from happening in the future?
Have you checked the time and date are set correctly in your camera? If they are set wrong then the EXIF will only record the date and time as set in the camera.

this one is your (camera's) fault. I am sorry, I've seen it happen before, but surely you can see that I can't assume this and go checking on it in each case.
But remember, it's just our little photo contest. It was a great photo. See you next time.
Gotchya. That makes more sense now. I thought you had taken the picture when your dog (i'm assuming you meant dog not daug unless that's some weird object, person, whatever that I'm not familiar with) was 3, hence my post. Maybe we can speak clearer...
Well then yes, it'd be your camera's fault in the date/time settings, as stated.

How my photo wound up in the entry gallery twice? Ellraue's is also a duplicate.
I never uploaded anything to that gallery yesterday or the day before.
I must be logged out because when I've entered comments, they show up with my user name.

Depending on your camera's make, the date & time may need to be reset after you change the battery. :cry

what are you talking about,
are you missing the point that you must take the image within the 2 wk time period?
He's saying his exif is messed up. His posted sarcasm was toward candid art, because he understands he needed to take it in the 2 week period.
Well then yes, it'd be your camera's fault in the date/time settings, as stated.
