Ok, vertical things. I was wondering if the three centered trees represented the three girls. Athough looking at them again, I also notice the colors in that one girl's tatoo match the colors in your shot pretty well. So there really are multiple degrees of association there if one looks deep enough, which one is wont to do when they have a new lens. :giggle

Thanks for the kudos. I had my DSLR for just one week when I took that shot. Glacier trekking in Alaska doncha know. deal.gif

Aha, your second line is incorrect!

Terrific image. I don't know much about glacier trekking.

I thought the association was fairly straight forward. No one said a photo needed to pass quality control before it can be entered.

why not? sometimes "stumping" a competitor makes for a more interesting game.

Angelo. Here is the ring and where it was. I added the set-up shot and the gallery for all of those shots.

    Antonio,

I couldn't figure out the shot in 'the game', and finally concluded it must be a crack in some quartz crystal, possibly rose quartz, used for a ring display. I was actually satisfied with that answer. Obviously, I jumped to a conclusion, and we all know where that will get us. Pretty cool to see what it really was. You fooled me.

When I shot the idea was just to get the Jewell. And it is so, in fact.mwink.gif

But, in the crop it turned out to be a photo with different interpretations.

But I think that in this ambiguous character lies the humor and the essence of the photo.

We look and we see what we want.

This is a rare occasion I find a photo of mines to be a good one. :D
