Works for me. If you look through all 4 -5 years of this thread you will fine much worse 'connections'. It is Photo Association!

To me that is still better than so many in a row of the same subject, be it Cars, planes, elephants or dirt bike racing.

For me it is coming up wwith images that keep the flow changing and jumping in different directions! thumb.gifdeal.gif

I have a better explanation and this is:

The photo in the screen at that moment is the one to be used now, at that moment. mwink.gif

It could have been a train, a dog, what ever. eek7.gif

After having a look at the photos in the proper thread I think that - in this specific case - the association was: Oh look it - the seagull - is going to fall, says the leopard.

lol3.gif Now I'm really puzzled. I thought going from animal to animal was as obvious as it can get. I'm befuddled that y'all are befuddled. Oh well! :ivar

Going from a bird to an animal, with no other association characteristics, wasn't obvious to me.

However, it's all in the eye of the beholder and in the spirit of the Season, as far as I'm concerned you can post anything you like if all your images are as oustanding as this one! thumb.gif

I'll be honest. Since that's my nephew and his lovely young bride, that offended me. But I'm toughing it out, because that's the kind of guy I am: fabulous.

    Whoops, sorry mang. :uhoh

I'd change the picture, but it would upset the space/time continuum.

    Thank you Richard!

I was doing a sound gig in the town-hall in Holliston Massachusetts, and after set-up I did some exploring and found a pair of staircases, one clock-wise, and one counter-clockwise, and so couldn't resist taking some pictures:

    586975981_YrgpU-S.jpg586977131_KKRF7-S.jpg

    Here are a couple more:

    586976571_Ajckk-S.jpg637801020_bcnge-S.jpg

The last one was singularly appropriate, since as I'm also a bass player, I've used it as an avatar.

    Many thanks for the compliment!

    Don,

Where on earth is this amazing piece of sculpture? …it almost looks like it's at the DeCordova.

It looks like it's made from bits of a grand piano!

    Great catch!

    Nice job!

    - Wil

Edit: I see from the URL that it's at Elm Park - I must check it out next time I'm in Worcester! thumb.gif

Exactly! Parts of a Grand Piano.

See Art in the Park, 2009.

No longer on display in the park. Maybe it's in the Artist's studio or backyard, now???headscratch.gif

    Glad you like it!
