OK, submission time is closed. We have 28 entries, 2 of which are ineligible, as they're moderators. One of those moderators is Andy. I asked him for a guess a few days ago. We'll see how he does. I'd give you more details about the submissions, but I don't want to influence the result!
After the winner is determined I will post all the submissions so you can see where everybody sat. I will tell you that the smallest window between two entries is 68 minutes!

I would say that there are no real losers - only those who win less than others. Anyway, rahmonster's guess was probably tainted by a defect in the public education system and the environment he experienced during his formative years.
