Nice twist on Air Force One :-)
Seond image is interesting, but I think it'd fit the topic better if you had totally cloned/cropped out the car.. Remember - crop is your friend:-)
If my boss would stop having me work during all the hours of daylight (as we know those hours are becoming scarce too!) I would surely be able to get better shots... very fustrating being stuck mainly inside for trying most of these...
This was taken as i was driving downtown Los Angeles. I was stopped at the light and saw this poor man who looks like he was burned or has that pigment blochness.. not sure what you call it. Anyways he was just sitting there all alone eating his chinese food with his gloves on and in combat gear. I am thinking he may be one of the many homeless in downtown Los Angeles. I took this in Raw and big file. Lucky, as i had to really crop this one since i had a 105ml at most zoom lense.

My one son. Taken today. PP is crop for composition, curve to pull mids down a bit, mask to remove that ~30% opacity on the subject, Astia film effect from Alien Skin Exposure add-in, opacity ~30%. I hope that level of PP is acceptable. (I'll have to go find out how to put in a link to EXIF if that is required as well)
1DMKIIN, 100-400L, 4-stop ND filter, Av, EC+1/3, f/11, ISO 50, 6/10th sec, 400mm, panning on tripod.

Sam,
it's a very cool image, and technically it's "one", but as a whole your image delivers the idea of motion, speed and blur, rather than the idea of one-ness.

Something fresher:):
Apart from that, the image seems a bit too centered to me, as well as having too much (or not enough) negative space on the top...
Anyway, thanks for the entry, and let's switch to tilting!

While I agree that it's one cookie, the whole image is too distracting IMHO to deliver the idea of oneness... May we have another one?
It was also "one bite" and "one gingerbread house" but yeah I'll serve you up another one in a little bit

That a very powerful "one", thanks for the entry!

That's pretty neat, thank you, good entry!
What were you doing to this poor six-string? ;-)
Emma,
thank you!
Technically it's one, but I have a feeling that I also see "five" ;-)
Lol.I never thought about it like that...
Probably going to answer my own question here, but is this one.or two....circle in a square?
I think if you simply "zoom in" to lose the edge of the red square, it will be a perfect one :-)
I would only make it geometrically centered
