Thanks Skippy this is quite addicting, a couple of months ago a ran into this oogling addiction, did a number of them and it tied me up quite a bit , I mean the learning curb. I got so hooked on it that I had to go away to oogling rehab center :D . Will dig out some lost oogles that I did will share them soon.

    Best,
    John

I only recently stumbled on this thread and have become somewhat addicted and sleep deprived as a result. But having read the entire thread, that should come as no surprise to anyone.:D Many thanks to Serrator for the detailed easy to follow tutorials. Here are several of my first attempts.

I came across some pictures of me racing around the same time I saw this thread. It was relatively easy, except for the spokes.

Great shot to tackle Slinky, little rough around the wheel protruding from the frame but you got the process down pretty darn good clap.gif

I like the colour you chose for your background too.

    Well Done! thumb.gif ... Skippy :D

Thanks! The wheel was all sorts of messed up lol.. There was tall grass covering the entire front tire and I tried to salvage it with the clone stamp and the front was hidden in a rut so with my eyes about to bleed from staring at the screen so long, I decided to cut it completely out, I might fix it later though.

-Jack (John)...fantastic job on your OOB's. The coast guard image is very nice! Glad the tut helped you out...thanks for sharing your efforts!

-David...wonderful job on your apple OOB. You did a find job on your extraction and BG. Your second creation is nicely done too...she is coming back out of OOBland! :)

-Slinky...action OOB's tend to be the most exciting ones and yours is cool.
...and yes, spokes are not much fun! :)

Great job guys, thanks for sharing all your creations.

Hey, it's the obligatory Dino! Not the tutorial's dino though, this is one of my own images from 2005. This is only the first of I'm sure many to come in the future. Been thinking of making a new smugmug gallery just for OOBs. :D

What do you guys think of my first try? I'll get better, hopefully as good as some of the stuff I've already seen in this thread (WOW).

I like it. Have you tried warping the frame? I think it would totally awesome if the frame was drooping where he is "hanging" from it.

-darkdragon...great job on your premiere OOB! You source image works well too...could be my dino's cousin perhaps! :) Your frame warping and shading looks good too.

-Vycor...excellent job on your nephew. He doesn't seem to mind being OOB'd!:D

I did "add noise" instead of the typical gradient. Did it with masks so I can just slide in the next pic to do the whole bowling team, just cutout the leg and I can do additional team members in 15 minutes.
