It has an LCD on the lens barrel! iloveyou.gif

I wonder if in the future they'll offer a live preview screen ala the 1DIII?

I've got bad case of lens lust for that bad boy!

    :jawdrop:wow Drooooool!

To top it off, they throw in a 2x TC, for a 400-1000/5.6 monster! That ought to be long enough.

I hope a sherpa and personal chiropractor are included.

holy.... Would need to get a turret mount for the lens!

I think that would look nice mounted in a HMMV or Bradley Fighting Vehicle. It's just bad-ass looking. As for the cost, I think it will be measured in Dr. Evil figures.

I understand the built-in LCD gives information about the lens aperture and focal length, and a hidden menu reveals the size of your hernia (and estimated cost of repair.) WooHoo! clap.gif

getting kinda sad when you have to screw the camera onto the lens. That thing is huge! I would expect to push a button and have my lunch pop out of it.

Interesting news. The lens also comes with a press pass. I mean, who the heck is going to turn you away if you come strolling up with that glass?

I'm pretty sure I'd have to put that in the stroller and carry the baby if I had one of those.
