    Got my strap a while ago, but finally got a picture of it, thanks to my buddy Aaron.

    We received three of those pallets this morning (10,000 straps).

    My wife and I have the task of shipping these off and we hope *crosses fingers* to ship out about 1,000 every week. First shipment will be Monday.

    P.S. Shipping manifest had it at 1,698 pounds!

    I have been waiting for one of these straps. Thanks to everyone at Smugmug for all the hardwork. Cannot wait to get the strap on my D50, so people can ask me..."What is Smugmug?"

    It looks like I received your sticker request two weeks ago, about the time I started preparing for strap shipments and ignoring sticker requests. :D

    I'll see if I can't get it sent out this week.

    I wish I would have know about smugmug earlier!
    I just officially joined smugmug today (actually paid for my trial account) and I sure wish that I could have got in on the strap deal! If you guys and gals ever do this again, I WANT ONE!

    From what I have seen so far, you all are awesome! Gotta luv smugmug! iloveyou.gif

    Nice to hear that it arrived in the UK that fast. We had two returned for not having customs documents. One was to Canada, dunno about the other. Strange that 1 in a thousand or so get rejected for that reason and the rest go through.

    It would be a lot of work to hand-write customs notes on each international strap.

    How can SmugMug afford to send out thousands of free straps? Is the return business that good?
    I just signed up for one the other day myself though.
    As soon as I get some pictures worth muggin' I plan on buying a subscription. Maybe the return is worth it...
