    3rd or 4th time ordering and still no strap
    Ok guys, I know the straps have been scarce but I have put in my order at least 3 times over the last year and I haven't gotten the first one yet. Can anyone tell me what the wait time is or am I just not ever going to get one?ne_nau.gif

    My wait time was about 6 months, but I don't mind because its free and great that I got one at all. But I am all the way in the UK.

    They are free so wait a while, smugmug don't have to provide the straps for free, personally i'm glad they do, no matter how long the wait is wings.gif

    I'd like a couple of stickers tho :D

    Is there any way to check that our order is 'in queue'? I'm pretty sure I placed an order back in Oct/Nov - happy to wait but can also place another order if the first did not go through (or if I'm misremembering placing one in the first place ne_nau.gif )

    I have been using my strap for several months and LOVING it, so I was devastated when the buckle broke a couple of weeks ago. I am so happy to hear that you have new and improved ones! Just sent in my request, can't wait to get it!!clap.gif

    My Smug strap came a couple days ago. It showed up the same day that a box from my parents arrived.

    What was in that box from my parents? A Crumpler Industry Disgrace. It's a "thank you" for working on their computer.

    Now I have two nice straps to choose from. Maybe I can use this with the wife as a "reason" to get a second camera. Don't want one of them to feel left out, you know? mwink.gif

    But there are the smugmug and then the smugmug pro straps. I didn't see an option.

    I already filled out the order for the strap but I hope I get the sm pro strap.
