It's the link in the original post, or Andy link a few posts back. You have to be logged in.
That's what I'm clicking on. Its opens the window, even shows my name and that I'm logged in. It says fill out the form below but I don't see a form or a link to a form.
If all your info is filled out, just hit the "Ship My Stuff" button. It's only for requesting SM camera straps, so there isn't any place to request specific items, it's only to send a request for a strap to SM.
It says welcome Lou Russo but where it says they are out of stock it also says you need to be a sm member so I guess its not showing me as having a pro account which I do.
I see you got it working now... just FYI, you have to be logged in. You can go to yoursite.smugmug.com/free-stuff.mg, just like I can go to trentphoto.net/free-stuff.mg. Just like I can do trentphoto.net/help for the help page. Pretty cool!

Just signed up here, didn't realize that this site was even around after being a smugmug member for 6 months. Got my strap last month, it's uber comfy and looks pretty cool too.
Got mine the other day! amazing service guys! sent to France while I was here! already on the camera so I will have to take a picture and upload it - LOVE it - much better than my previous strap!
Thanks Smugmug!

Smug strap spotted in Quang Tri, Viet Nam this past July/August (2011). Photo taken by the wifey because it's hard to take photo of my own back. It's a Church that was bombed back in 1972. Believe the Church was built in 1824, commemorating a vision of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1798.
hey would like to verify if you guys got my order? thanks!
