Shoot out suggestions?
I've been waiting for the locals to chime in, but I haven't heard anything solid yet. I know that people like to play things by ear, but I need to a general outline of things so I can plan around the shootout(s). Basically, I need to know if I have sell my Sharks tickets for Saturday night. Yes, priorities... hockey or photos -- can I have both?
I know that at least one person is flying out on Sunday afternoon.
I don't know if we have enough time to shoot before the smuggy shindig, but the suggestion of the Baylands have been thrown out.
Since we're all be in Moutain View, I suggest that we shoot star trails at night since the moon is at a crescent. Locations? Somewhere in hills of Saratoga? Near the dish by stanford? Or Shoreline Park ? Anyone have a better idea for a dark place near Moutnain View?
As for Saturday.... Everything is up in the air. One person suggested the [SIZE=-1]Presidio in the city (via IM). There are also many beautiful places that are not on the usual paths of tourist. The areas controlled by the Mid Peninsula
open-space can be a good choice as is coyote park in fremont. I heard of this place in the east bay (one mile easy hike up) where these is a great view of the city espeically at night

Just show up. We'll have a photo booth with lots of skanky attire so that Shay can immortalize you. Then dgrin can vote on the baddest attire and poses.

So is SmugMug hiding in the "Computer Sore" or in EOS? (google street view)
haha... have they been warned not to put the Nikonians and the Canonites next to each other? Or the wintendo users too close to the apple eaters?

Maybe we should give out some kind of prize if you can make Shay blush.
See anyone you know?
