I have an 04 Jeep GC, previously an 01, and an 98 before that and I've only had issues with the running gear. Not sure what my wife does to themrolleyes1.gif !!!!

As soon as they are no longer under warranty, I trade them in. Now if only we could get the new model, it is way cool, with a Hemi!thumb.gif

That looks a lot like my '00 GC ltd, but mine was taupe. Have you had any electrical issues? Maybe windows breaking or crank position sensor or tranny controller going out?

Here's my jeep in better days...before I figured out how unreliable it was. I never would have gone there, knowing what I know now. :nah

I tried the Toyota, every time the bring out a new model. Seems the folks at toyota never met anyone over 6 foot, (I'm 6'6") and can never fit in their trucks. Try as I might.

What do cattle dogs and Harley Davidsons have in common, they love riding in the back of a truck

In this case its a Ford ute Australian style, smaller than the F150 I believe its a rebadged Madza put together in the same factory in Thailand. Tonne capacity 4x4 more suited for the road etc 2.5 diesel engine

    Congrats on the new truck.

Nice looking truck too. I had a Ranger (2wd) for a while, then sold it for a Dakota 4x4, then sold that for a Ram 4x4, then sold that for a Jeep GC 4x4, and when that thing started crapping out, I sold it for an '04 Toy 4Runner V8 4x4. I'm finally happy and won't look back. Ranger was just kinda small for me, and I shoulda bought a 4x4 anyway.

Now go out and get it REALLY muddy and show us some dirty photos. That's what 4x4's are all about. Otherwise, yer just another poser. Know what I mean, jds?

Not really a 4x4 but a nice truck nevertheless
This thread seems like pretty much a guy thing, but I couldn't resist adding my AWD truck to the pile. Besides, I needed an excuse to try out my new 16-35mm F2.8L lens.

Dayum! You wanna be my dad too? lol3.gif

The car I got when I was 17 was worth less than just the front-end accessories on that rig! Actually, nevermind the bars and lights, I think it might have been an even trade for the winch alone.

Its has the DixonBrosRacing Long Travel front end and Long Travel Deaver springs in the rear. 14" of travel front 16.5" of travel rear. It works well in the desert and on the trails in the rocks.

Well she's pretty clean for the moment, I don't have a lot around my area except some dirt back roads here, but they can be fun in the rain.....

ALthough at 14MPG it hurts, especially with a 35 gallon tank. LoL
