You really should be aware of the possible outcomes from hooking yourself up like that to a battery in a public place of late.

He was outside Mcdonalds corp office or similar from memory.

I tease my fiance all the time but he cant help his situation...he is a Newman (currently drive a Dodge) fan so he has 12 stickers on his Ford, BUT Newman started out in a Ford, so there are loopholes....lol

Ill be in trouble if Edwards ever switches makes, my licence plate on my Ford is IFLP499...lol I will keep my fingers crossed that if he ever does decide to jump ship that it happens before I have to pay the moolah to renew my plates...

Although they're old, I still find them amusing, considering the context :D

And something to drink with it, also.

Five cents, huh? That's even before my time. rolleyes1.gif

One of the things I try to keep an eye out for is the juxtaposition of a sign with its surroundings. Here's one of my old favorites:

    Love these Signs.thumb.gif

I remember 5¢ Cokes. I remember my last 10¢ Coke. It was at Wayland Pharmacy on the Eastside of Providence RI in the '60s! About the time canned sodas were satrting to come in.

one of my all time favorites,
The sign is for Potomac Festival shopping center but at least a year it remained lite at night with "omac" portion bruned out so it simply read as you see it below

(as an aging hippie this always cracked me up. It is right in my 'hood so I saw it often on my commute and just when out shopping, and I'd think to myself, "say, I've been to a few of those!" (Years ago, mind you :lol)

One would have thought they would have fixed it a lot sooner, perhaps the owner was hippie too? Ha Ha!...

    Fire Lane, indeed...
This is from a hot air balloon festival from last year held in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I did not intend to get the sign in the lower left corner-- but it made for a good laugh afterward!
