bf2015: I really like the creative PP on this Snoqualmie Falls shot... I'm in Seattle too, and you've made a much over photographed subject very interesting.

I'd love to hear from other Seattle area photographers.

Kinkajou, I love that first one. I tend to like images of moving water droplets frozen in time. What sort of streams were colliding here? Was it for the sake of the picture, or something you just noticed?
Thanks for the comment. I agree. Overphotographed. I like to try to show things a little differently than just the average shot. Some come out good some don't.

Thanks! It's a fountain here in town, and I think this was the first time I ever tried shooting in RAW. I was just playing around and happened to catch this
And thanks for the comments on #3, guys! The river was just so dark and lovely, and the sun was shining just right... I had to take the shot.
WOW! Living near the SoCal beach, I have literally thousands of images of water. Going through them and picking only 3 for this contest was a daunting, time consuming task. With so many great photos already posted I'm still wondering if I've made the right decisions but I'll give it a shot. I certainly don't envy Lauren in trying to pick winners.

I've always liked this photo but I never knew why and I never knew what to do with it. It was taken at a San Diego County Park in Ramona where the lake was absolutely pristine with the exception of this lone bottle floating near the shore and the irony struck me.
Best of luck to everyone who's entered the contest.

I've seen quite a few names that are new to me, and that is wonderful! Many thanks to all the entrants so far. Only a few days to go . . .
