Light was a single Alien Bee AB1600 with large Photoflex softbox/grid. Background and fill reflector are 4x8 sheets of foam core. I love foam core because it's inexpensive and easy to work with.
Have a look at the setup from above:
Camera was in the lower right corner, background upper left, model stood on the patch of gaffer's tape. Softbox was feathered across the model right into the fill reflector.
