While I don't have an Android phone, position is likely the same order you have your galleries arranged on your homepage. Check out the 'arranging galleries' section here for details:

Anna Lisa, Sebastian is right - "sort by position" means exactly the same as in the full browser version, and "sort by updated" is actually sort by most recent (which means it displays most recently added-to galleries first). A more detailed explanation can be found in the link Sebastian provided. If you want to change the order of galleries "by position", you will have to do it via full version, not the mobile version.

Ok, thanks. It's not that I need or want to change the order. It's simply that "Sort by position" is a somewhat useless way of sorting, imho... especially in the mobile version. In other words, the only time most people would see their galleries in that order on their regular site is the few times they might visit their "All Galleries" page or whatever. Anyone who has a NavBar is unlikely to be visiting that page much. So I'm just thinking, is there some other second way galleries could be sorted for the mobile version that may be more useful? On my own site, I don't even know if I look at my "All Galleries" page if my galleries are in order horizontally or vertically! (and I have them listed by category anyway) so... yeah, a list in that order on my mobile site means almost nothing, relatively speaking. I'll post back if I think up another sorting possibility that might be more useful for the mobile version.

Yes, the photos are uploaded to SmugMug in the original size.

    Video in Android App
Hi, Along with Andy T above, I have also found my old avi video files do not work through the android app. The videos run if I go through the phone's browser. Videos in my new camera's .mov format also work from the app.
With the old .avi files in the app, I get the message "sorry, this video cannot be played".

I have an htc touch hd running android 2.3.3 and HTC sense version 2.1 with the latest version of the android app.

    All the best,
    Gordon

Tried using the app on Android running on a Touchpad (Yeah, I know). Can't authenticate for some reason. That combo is likely not high on the priority list, but I wanted to make sure someone knew. :-)
