    LR4 - upload plugin busted
Me too. After updating my site, my LR plugin no longer works. I don't think the SM update was quite ready for release....

The new update seems to have fixed it...

    Yep, still there
Same problem persists... but I should at least say: thanks much, devbobo, for being on top of this. Looking forward to a fix.

    Hello,
After installing the plugin v. 2.0.17 on Mac Safari 6.05, Lightroom 4.4.
The progress bar is moving very slowly until a time out message appears. This happens more or less quickly depending on the number of photos in the queue.
Hope this helps to get further.

    David,

First, thank you for your hard work in debugging this!

Just loaded the 2.0.1.8, the issue is still there, but the output is much more verbose ... probably what you were expecting.

I've sent you a private message with the log.

That was very useful...but I left out one bit of data.

Can you please retest with this version and PM the log ?

    Hi David,
I tried with the latest version 2.01.9 and it seems to work. I can post new galleries and also update photos or metadata. We say BANZAI on such occasions!clap.gif
I had to erase on gallery though that did not wan to be updated and recreated it from scratch.
Do you still want me to send you the .Ircat; it's huge (100Mb).
    Thank you so much!

I love the new SmugMug, but I have to say the Lightroom update has really been frustrating. I lost all my connections between my catalog and my smugmug galleries, have to re-sync everything, which is not going well.

I am having the uploading error with 2.0.1.9 as well

I am also having a weird hierarchy synching problem with a friend's smugmug hierarchy I access through Lightroom (our hierarchy for our site has synched just fine)

Basically, a whole bunch of galleries that are supposed to be in the category "Family" are showing up under all the folders instead. They also appear in the "Family" category where they belong. I've logged in and used the Organize tool to see if anything is weird on the SMugMug side and everything looks as it should. I have tried re-syncing the hierarchy using 2.0.1.3, 2.0.1.5, 2.0.1.9... stays the same no matter what. I've deleted the whole thing and re-added it, still has weird hierarchy...

    Any thoughts?

More annoying though is A. I've had to re-sync everything, B. I can't seem to use Smart Galleries and publish to SmugMug, only regular galleries, and C. I am getting publishing errors SOMETIMES, but not all the time. Seems random.

    Thanks :)

PS - how come you guys don't push the updates to the plugin through Lightroom rather than making us download the new one every time? Just wondering!

I was able to get mine to upload on Mac with the 2.0.1.9, I had to disable the plug in and then enable it in plugin manager.

    lightroom upload problem
Brand new to smugmug. Where are my lightroom pictures going? Publish seems to be working but nothing is appearing on my site? I am sure I did something wrong on setup but I don't know what.

OK I am now using plugin 2.0.1.9 on a Mac 10.8.4 and I can upload Jpegs and then when I upload DNG files of same image by re-publishing, the Jpeg
preview file is replaced by the un-edited DNG file.. I use to be able to have both these file types side by side with the edited look maintained and the option to download both.

    I'm having the same problem. Here's a screenshot: http://drod.io/image/1R2z2H2R1V2B

I've upddated the plugin to 2.0.1.9 (note -- the link on http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/121321 still points to 2.0.1.6 -- to get 2.0.1.9 go to http://devbobo-1.smugmug.net/services/lightroom/SmugMug-2.0.1.9.zip )

I also completely removed and re-installed the plugin.

But no dice, still getting the "null" error.

    G'day Guys,

Firstly, sorry for anyone experiencing problems since the launch and for your patience.

Can anyone who is having issues please upgrade to 2.0.1.11 from our help page.

I'm hoping that this fixes a lot of the outstanding issues...though, it may not resolve all the JSON errors being reported by Windows users (I haven't had time to test Windows yet...my next task).

Note: if you have any problems, creating new albums within folders, you may need to sync the hierarchy for your account.

    Please report any issues.

    Thanks,

    David
