I took that at the Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory, I think from a visit last year. If I remember correctly it was some sort of walking stick insect, pretty amazing.
For future reference, if you have comments on photos in the challenge they should be placed in the thread Never Ending Games Challenge Discussion Thread. I've added a note in that thread asking that your post and my reply be moved to that thread, hopefully a moderator will see it.
From the rules in the first post of this thread:
Thanks for the heads up Denise. I wish they had a 'move this post' for mods. I can move a complete thread from one forum to the next but not individual posts unless I copy and paste. It is a beautiful shot of a glass wing though!
Welcome to the forum The Leader. You'll get the hang of it!
P.s.: I had to google "ramifications" to connect it to a shape, colour, texture or pattern. I chose the definition "a structure of branching parts"
I haven't specified "shape, colour, texture or pattern" because it could have been either shape(s) or texture(s), so I let it to your choice. Well done
Sorry I couldn't find your picture before the B&W conversion... I hope my post is acceptable
No need to find this picture (it only exists on my hard-drive anyway). I made the remark to explain why I picked these two colours for the next picture. You did great
This system is new but not much difference in posting. Please check your linked images in your editing post mode by hitting preview first to make sure you have a proper link. Using html links work best. Other url links can be added by hitting the little icon that looks like a dog eared page in the tool bar of the editor. @GSPeP , your L for locomotive image is not showing. Please see if you can edit the link. It says page not found when I click it. Thanks!
@GSPeP it's working now. Not sure if you had fixed it or if I did by going in and trying to fix it but then I cancelled because I couldn't get the editor to come up with the drop down I needed to fix it. I'm on my tablet and sometimes things do not work the way they are suppose to.

Can you embed your photo in your A is for Animal post here? The challenges are supposed to include the photos inline, not as an outside link.
See How to Embed an Image in Your Post.
Thanks!

Yes, I meant "leather texture" - sorry for the typo, and thank you for continuing the play, Denise.

Probably looked at it while I was trying to fix it. Took some time to figure out that [img] was no longer working.

I also noticed that when "editing" you cannot use the drop down to insert the image link. Had to use the cheat code.
