This recipe I came up with on my own. Don't know if there is one like it on the net as I never looked. You're brave to be eating octopus soup in Acapulco!

This was my meal of the day (I normally eat once a day);
Creamy Potato Leek Soup topped with cheddar cheese and Ritz crumbles. Perfect for the miserable day of weather.

It's been so long since I've cropped an image (I shoot in 4x5), that I don't even think about it quite honestly. That extra space is usually where clients put their text so it's a habit for me to leave it.

Tomas Jefferson's ice cream recipe at Rushmore monument - short story

While visiting Rushmore (the first time in my life) I was surprised to see this poster associating a president with ice cream...

Not far from the place where the poster is displayed, there is a food court where they sell not only the ice cream, but also the recipe for who wants to try it

I had one and yes, it was very good - I also have the recipe some place...

In commercial work, everyone gets to see the hero subject, but no one outside of the set gets to see the test subjects that stand in for lighting, composition, etc.

These testers take all the abuse, but never get the glory. So here is my love for some of those test donuts that will never make the point of sale posters, never see the inside of a magazine, but tasted every bit as good.
