I took this one while I was rinsing the fruits under the faucet in the sink and I used a Canon PS good in low light (unfortunately now defunct - it only lasted 1 year...)
A strange way of cooking in the Azores. The restaurant gives you a clay pot with your dish in and a number of pots are placed in the white bag. When the bag is down in the hot underground you go for a sightseeing and when that is finished the cooking is too. Keine Hexerei, nur Behendigkeit.
How about a little meat candy? Lil smokies wrapped in bacon, rolled in brown sugar, baked and then drizzled with real maple syrup. Yummy! A coronary on a toothpick!
These thingss are the first to be eaten at any party!
Yeah I know! As I was posting and explaining how they are made, ...
I think I know how they are made - I used to make something like this too, before I got married with a vegan...
Now I'm not sure... you as a moderator may be able to say - what if we include recipes when is the case???
I think a title of the image, and if people want the recipe they can ask and it can be pm'ed to the person if they want. Otherwise we will have long lists of ingredients and instructions clogging up the thread. We can keep the images as the main focus in this thread.

Ha, I know they are good - especially in soup, even though they don't really look appetizing

And then there is the sweet and spicy orange marmalade braised pork chop steak with home made steak fries.
Someday I might write a cookbook.
