Here's the meal of the day today:
Burgundy braised pork loin steaks with creamy onion and pepper gravy, served with mashed potatoes and fresh steamed broccoli.

During our 2009 USA trip, 2 of group of 4 (one of the 2 is myself) were huge steak fans. Wherever possible, we ordered steak for dinner.
When we passed this truck on our way from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, I of course had to take this picture
