    DrDavid,

    Just to follow up, I am able to replicate your problem. So go ahead and do what you need to do for now. I am working on getting this bugged to the programmers now. Hopefully we can get it fixed quickly.

    The "Enter Galleries" button on my site doesn't go anywhere. It did last
    night. All the other links work. I tried it on 2 browsers to no avail. ne_nau.gif

    Looks like I'm going to have to wait for an answer for some time.

    All I know is that my Theme was loading correctly until I wnent to bed last night and had never had a problem before. Now after the update (and I still haven't had time to even see what the update is yet as I've been trying to fix this issue myself) it doesn't load correctly.

    Shall I come back in a day or two if it isn't fixed? Perhaps it's related to the problems everyone else seems to be having.

    Bio and Gallery descr. Edit box
    Thanks for all the hard work guys/gals.

    1) My homepage User-Bio "EDITING" option is missing.

    2) I can't edit the gallery description box in this gallery (last night it was working fine) - Now it says "Error on Page"
    When I try inserting the code from gal-cust. it says "done, but with errors"
    http://photographic-memory.smugmug.com/WebPage/TEMP-Testing-Tables/8943492_a3cGP

    3) Refer #2 above link - does not show the smug footer to login.

    4) Breadcrump when logged in - not showing.

    You had one several pages back.

    The links to the jpegs you fixed earlier still do not show up as part of the Theme called 'Experimental'. I tried adding those jpegs to my Smugmug admin images and linking to them there in a new test theme but that doesn't work either.

    edit - I can see new threads with problems cropping up all the time so I'm guessing this may be fixed along with everyone elses missing banners etc etc.

    Like the above, the images all show the keywords below and when you hover over an image, a white box appears with dark writing inside.

    Hi,

    Was looking through your CSS and do not see any to hide your keywords when you are not logged in. Add this to your CSS:

    .loggedIn #photoKeywords {display: block;}
    #photoKeywords {display: none;}

    I just tried that and it works okay. Let us know.

    I mean a specific, exact, precise link to a gallery. Not your homepage thanks.

    Other thread missing banner was the user's CSS being broken, not part of this release :D

    Are you still looking at the "BOX" issue?

    My homepage, info page and category pages all use the theme 'Experimental' -

    the individual gallery pages use 'Carbonite'. Which doesn't have a problem.

    Hi,

    Look in your CSS for your Experimental theme, and where you are linking to the background image, make sure you have a ";" at the end of your link, i.e.,

    background:url(http://www.smugmug.com/photos/243524247-O.jpg);

    Not:

    background:url(http://www.smugmug.com/photos/243524247-O.jpg;)

    Where the semi-colon is inside the paren. Should be outside. I saw a couple of errors in your links. Correct those and let us know.

    Thank you Barb. the errors have been there for about a year and the page has always displayed correctly before todays update.

    But I have corrected the ';' errors and now instead of just having one central stripe the stripe is repeated horizontally.

    Hi,

    Change the link to this:

    background:url(http://www.smugmug.com/photos/243524257-O.jpg) center repeat-y;

    See if that fixes the problem for you.

    You have an extra semi-colon in there - remove the one after the link. Should be:

    Hi Jeff,

    This has to do with the new nicenames we just rolled out. There is a limit on the number of characters you can have for a category name, and your category name was beyond that limit. I changed your category name to Purchase Here, and changed your HTML for the link, and it's working okay now. Can you check?

    Oh No.....
    This is probably not the right spot to post this, but it seems my page has had a total meltdown.

    The last time I checked it, it was fine---I think the update might have affected it. Would you mind taking a peek and see if you agree? And if you have any suggestions, I'd be thrilled to hear them.

    Your homepage comes up fine. We don't know what your page is supposed to look like. Can you be more specific about what you think is wrong?

    FYI, your News and Info/Demo links are password protected. Is that really what you intend? Many of the links in your Galleries drop-down are just wrong (they end up ?title=xxx in them) and you need to fix the HTML.

    Its supposed to me a dropdown all the way across, but I have links appearing all over the place, and everything takes you to the smugmug help page, including the smug logged in toolbar. I'm looking at it with ie7, btw.

    Yet more issues... This is just messed up.

    http://kmhcreativemedia.smugmug.com/Business/Smugization/9351002_T9gUP#625682218_tUXiK

    SmugMug style is just completely broken. There is an animated .gif in there ( http://kmhcreativemedia.smugmug.com/photos/626231379_Ji8rg-O.gif ).. .gif doesn't show up anymore on the site AND the style for the gallery is completely broken.
