Well, yes, technically - but only in cases like this where a mistake was made at signup. We don't do name changes as a rule.

No problems i simply assumed my mod powers were not strong enough to change the user name...and if he/she didnt want to change it them selves then it would be several hours until andy (aka boss-mod with charlton heston & the red sea like powers) awoke on sunday morning from saturday nights rib-a-feast.
