yeah I wasn't as sure on that one. could be in either section, other than the fact that business forms tend to come up in the business forum more often than gear>accessories.
I suspect that this post - http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=130654 - may get better attention someplace like Mind Your Own Business. It's about photos on smugmug, but the questions are more about legal issues surrounding taking and selling (sports) photos of individuals.
