Yes, S*E does all that (and then some:-)
And I think I finally caught up on API 1.1.1, so all the latest bells and whistles are there (backprinting, smugislands, etc.). Just get the latest version from www.starexplorer.com

For the record: all those are supported now.
(except for the quicksettings)
