Thanks, yea that has been one of my more popular ones and many mention something about the snow. Believe it or not, this was the middle of summer and there was no snow. It's an infrared shot.

I was actually looking back at the photo again and had a feeling it might be infrared and not snow. So let me restate my original comment. I Love your infrared shot!

That is one thing Arizona does have plenty of- Sky .

We are approaching our monsson season so there should be some incredible sunsets and sunrises for the next few weeks. Hopefully I will have some time to shoot.

Here's a few of mine that really feature the sky.

This is an old one. Natural Bridges State Park in Santa Cruz. Shot on Velvia.

This one is from last fall. Taken from right outside the office I work in.


This sky was shot from the Larkspur Ferry. The contrast in the orginal was very low so it took a bit of work to bring out the texture in the clouds.
