I like this. How about throwing some lumenence on the globulating red stuff, and use a darker background? Also if you stop drinking some of that stuff before photographing the glass would probably be vertical. :D

What a nice day. It must have hit 70°F. Went for a ride out to the back of the wind farm. It was a bit windy, so much that when riding downwind at 50 mph, you were in your own dust cloud.

    Anyway, some red.

Hope you all had a great weekend. The 10d and stuff will be ordered this week. I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas.

Great idea to have the weekend theme photo challenge.

Attached is my entry. This is my dog and girlfriend walking in the water at sunset. The picture was taken a few miles from our apartment near Cliff House in San Francisco. I see a little red in this shot :)

    Any comments, suggestions are welcome.

Yes. I guess I should retake it with the macro lens and see if it's any better.

Okay, here's the same cluster taken with the 100/2.8 macro. A bit better color saturation and contrast and better DOF. Both shots were at f2.8.

Other than the bokeh, I like the other one better. I prefer the framing and the lighting. It was a good shot.

Shakey, Fish thinks everyone's like him: fast connection, traditional work week. I too have worked non-traditional shifts and sympathize. I'll recognize yer work from a Monday or a Tuesday. nod.gif
