Here's your photo assignment for this weekend: Red.

    • Photos must be fresh - taken this weekend, not stuff you've got hanging around on your computer.
    • Red means anything that contains the color red in it.
    Have at it.
I know this is no longer the weekend and I know this is not red but if your #*%@ computer had the blue screen of death yet again you'd have nothing to show and be late too....
so here are some sagging lovely flowers son sent me for birthday.. also sent me a ticket to fly on Thursday how cool is that. So I should return with not only Seattle pics but SOME NEW #*%@ HARDWARE FOR MY COMPUTER WHICH BLUE SCREENS NOW AT EVERY BOOT!!!
Sorry... it's been a bind AGAIN recovering all my data.:cry
Have fun without me... don't be mean to each other and play nice til I get back.

Well, I didn't shoot anything for the assignment over the weekend, but here is a crappy picture of the PCB I've been working with (it just happens to be red).

Great idea to have the weekend theme photo challenge.

Attached is my entry. This is my dog and girlfriend walking in the water at sunset. The picture was taken a few miles from our apartment near Cliff House in San Francisco. I see a little red in this shot :)

    Any comments, suggestions are welcome.

and the shot is really in focus. i do apply usm to every image, because i leave the in-camera settings for sharpness set to lowest setting (rather do it myself in ps). this shot got a bit of usm - settings: 100/.4/0

    thanks for the kind words!

The shoot was actually this real dumbass director. Guy had no clue what he was doing. My girlfriend was working on the set, so I made my way down there to snap some photos. Just some other students at my school trying to make movies. Camera/tripod can be checked out from school for free, that is if you have the 130 bucks to drop on a ten minute mag of film. My shoots coming up here in 12 days, then its the end of film school for me. Wish me luck!

Off to start a new thread of some of yesterdays photos.
