Re: Help with menus
Look at the top-left of the SM header and you should see a "?" in a circle in a square. That's where Help is, and a quick search for the word "menu" brings up 69 items, this one is at the top of the list: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/1222523-customization-how-do-i-make-a-navigation-menu- -

Re: Any Batch software to move files and rename?
Corel Photo Album I've found this to be an amazing organizational program. From batch renaming and relocating files to resizing them as well when they do that. It also gives you the capability to make a VCD playable in a DVD player with a gallery of pics you put in it. It's cheap as well at around 69 bucks I believe. -

Re: What exactly does the exposure setting do?
Page 155 of the D200 manual would seem to indicate that Exposure Compensation in (M)anual Mode is "N/A". Page 69 seems to indicate that when one sets EV compensation, the analog EV display reads accordingly, but that NO ACTUAL CHANGE TO YOUR SETTINGS takes place unless you set it yourself. Maybe I'm missing something. -

Day 69 Another outdoor shoot. This time at my in-laws condo complex. Lots of open shade with light colored walls and cement that worked well to bounce light around. Light Setup: Morning light but in open shade. Found spot where the difference architectural elements were bounce light nicely to use as fill. Shots:
