Re: how fast do you cash a check?
Yeah, that's what I meant by the ease of fraud being so tempting. I researched CC fraud after I got a notice in the mail from my insurance company telling me how I need to get identity theft insurance because over 98% of CC fraud cases go unsolved. In less than an hour I knew how to do it myself for under $1500 by… -
Re: Do you do this?
Gotchya. Yeah hadn't really heard of it much, but I found it out not too long ago. I'm fairly new to photography (did a year long study in my 8th grade class ('97/'98) and then nothing serious till the last year and a half or so) and know almost nothing about it's history. I love your third picture. I tried doing this with… -
Re: Surprising Info on Lacie Monitor
Whoops. Wild card entry: I just found the new Eizo 30" that's about to become available. It's very expensive, but not that much more than the comparable Cinema Display, and it's claiming a whopping 98 or 99% of Adobe RGB. I can't quite tell if you can run it on one graphic card or not. It looks like it's intended to run… -
Re: I'm back in my element after 20yrs!
Only one problem.....I have been contacted by others who have had the same problem! There MIGHT be some faulty units. PS: Oh yeah also I'm NOT new to Digital or 35mm so when I make the statement that it's the camera's fault there is a 98% probability that I'm right. Never had trouble with the last 2 Digitals I've had or… -

Mr. Legacy Here
Man I'd still be using Windows 98 if you let me.... I haven't made the leap to the NEW and IMPROVED yet still waiting for the word that it is okay to come in the water. My adwords campaign is humming along and I am not at all wanting to futz around dealing with another website.... Is there a way to somehow see what my… -
Pic to play with
I did this a while back the an old shack. Well I stuck the ole lens out my back window for this shot. Gives people a chance to play with snow pics in PS/CS2. Pic looks soft for 2 reasons #1 it was snowing while I shot this at 1/60 ISO100(75-300mm) #2 DSLR shots 98% of the time need some sort of USM. Do what ever you… -
Re: PS CS4 and Kubota effects on wedding work and workflow
I find that ever since switching from CS2 to Lightroom it really can do 98% of what you need it to. It's a very fantastic program for us photographers and I rely on it for my post processing. Plus Lightroom Presets are totally your friend for getting really awesome processing effects, and you can either develop your own,… -
Re: Which Two Lenses For Traveling
I went to Japan and shot with the 24-105 on the body 98% of the time... I had my 70-200 with me, but usually found it too close for walk around. I now have the 17-55 and I am much more fond of it as a walk around lens due to the increased speed and wider angle. I'd still take the 70-200 with you just to keep on the safe…
