    I thought of pulling the flower pictures... but last year mine got covered with about 6-8 inches of snow in the first week of March. I don't want tp tempt Mother Nature!

    Diva, Jag, Linda-- all ya'll can head on down to Texas. It's supposed to be 80 here by Thursday .

    spring is by far my favorite.... i just love blooming on the trees and flowers...

    i only like snow when i visit it.....:D


    i may b rubbing it in now, but im sure you wont hear much excitement from me when the temp goes high.... some call it summer, i call it molten lava season...

    I also need to break the 'meh' I'm in about photos and start giving feedback again.

    Said thesis has a deadline of May 31st and there's still a lot to do...

    Just so you know, I hate running this close to a deadline.

    My reservation to the strobe kit started Thursday, I was away till Friday evening, I spent the weekend mostly asleep, and had to set the shot up at work today and then did the pp on my workstation. And I owe chocolate to Johanna :D

    Don't know where else to post this but...
    I had to tell someone I am so excited! I hope no-one minds...
    ok, not a big deal probably, but it is for me. Our new area phone book came out today(another) and one of my photos is on the front. I took the pictures for the Arts Festival Committee last year... all it cost me was my time. Then gave them a copy of everything except a couple of personal ones I had taken during the day. I thought this was a cute picture, but I really like it on the phone book! My son decided I am famous now. rolleyes1.gif

    we have 3 empty houses up the street... I went and got them off the doorstep yesterday. Good thing too, it's rainy today.

    Funny, I didn't know people really looked at the phone book... I have had several say they saw it and that they always look at photos now to see they are mine...

    It's taken long enough, it's caused me to miss a few rounds here. :bash

    But it's nearly there! My master's thesis is heading out for the first examination & feedback on Monday :D

    Feelin' pretty good right now, and it isn't just because of a bottle of Westons Oak Conditioned :slurp
