Any ideas on this one - I am stuck and would hate to miss out on a great offer of free business cards!

Apologies for the delay. I imagine this isn't the case, but are you galleries hidden? The integration does not work with hidden photos. Also, the 'Allow External Links' feature must be on for your photos to load in MOO.
Otherwise, try these steps and hopefully it will work. First you will need to revoke MOO's access to your account. To do this:
Log into your control panel on SmugMug
Click on the settings tab
Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the 'revoke' link beside moo.com
QUIT your browser (this is very important as it will reset your session token and is a crucial step in the process
Once you've done that you should follow the link to MOO http://www.moo.com/smugmug to make your cards. You'll be asked once again to grant MOO access to your photos. This should correct any issues that you previously experienced.
Hopefully this will fix the problem and will work smoothly for you.
If not, please do let us know and we'll figure out another solution. Our dev team is also looking into this, so stay tuned.
Mini Card's Arrived!!!
Just some feedback now that I have my mini cards in my hands. First and foremost, I think this is the best $6 I have paid (aka for shipping) for an advertisement idea.
I really enjoyed how most of the images ended up in the final print. A few of the images, I will not attempt to print like images again such as image number 23 and 24 in the gallery (http://www.fotofrenzyimaging.com/Artistic/Mini-Cards/12780321_CfQFo#921196838_WTUrM) and also number 16 is not something I would reprint based on the image. This decision is not based on the prints, but on sizing them down so small (especially 23 and 24) the blacks all bleed together.
Also number 4 I would crop closer to, to have the cacada's wings fill the whole image instead of worrying about the wings being cropped. As for the qaulity of the mini cards I think they are great. My 2 year old niece was handling them w/ no damage to the cards.

We chose Moo because they have the same approach to customer service as we do - awesome. In your case, there was a delay in processing, and Moo's fixed it. In no case would you ever have gone un-refunded, because I'm sure you'd have escalated it to us at SmugMug and we'd have intervened as well.

And now, I'm trying to upload that last image for the back side, the one with text and contact info. And it won't upload. Oh, well...they really do have a wonderful product and excellent customer support. They are probably just buried in orders and need to hire more people after integrating with Smugmug.
Edit: Well, I gave up on a customized contact side of the card due to the upload problem, but they will still be way nicer than the business cards I have now!
Cards received. Even after reading all the previous "wow" comments about theme, I'm still impressed with the quality and they are still better than I expected. Everyone I have shown/given them to have been very complimentary as well. Nice work there, MOO.

I am also very frustrated, I ordered my cards 2 weeks ago and they didn't tell me they were having problems until I asked them why I had not received my order. I then got an email saying it was canceled and my money was refunded. I needed these for a wedding this weekend, now I won't have anything to pass out. Moo just keeps telling me they are working on fixing the problem. what is going on???

I too am having trouble trying to assemble my business cards order. I was able to import the photos from my gallery fine, but when I tried to crop through the Moo interface I got the message "Image Unavailable" for every one of the ten photos. I made sure the gallery was set to full Public (not Unlisted), external links allowed, and even tried re-importing the photos but still get the "Image Unavailable" at the Moo adjustment screen. I saved my order in progress but am now having trouble getting the page to come back up (have tried in Chromium and Firefox on Ubuntu Linux and in Firefox on Mac OS).
I'll contact Moo directly if the problem continues; just posting here since others seem to be having problems and the latest message from Moo indicates they are still working out bugs.

I've been buying mini cards and other products from MOO for a couple of years now and am VERY happy with both the products and the service. I just received my free (well, except for shipping) order and a couple of other things yesterday after using the integrated upload successfully.

so why are others able to successfully download and receive their cards and I'm not? Doesn't make any sense to me. I feel like I'm just getting a run around. I hope I still get the free cards by the time this 'bug' is fixed.

We have been investigating this issue with SmugMug and managed to decipher why some users are not seeing their images. It seems that there is an album level option called 'External Links' that if you set to "No" will stop all the links from working.
So, if you go to your album settings and look at the "Security and Privacy" settings, you can change the non-visible albums to 'External Links - YES'.
If you do this, all the images should be displayed - YAY!
Be sure to leave the images in this status for 24 hours, that way we'll make sure we can access them when we come to print them.
We've mentioned external links before, but just want to ensure everyone who plans to order cards has enabled them. If you're still having problems, please let us know and we'll do our best to fix any issues that crop up.

Thank you for sharing! I seem to have gotten lucky too! It's actually to MOO's benefit, however, because I KNOW I'll be back to order more, even when they cost $ for pros. I was quite impressed with the ease & simplicity of the process, the number of choices, and the apparent beauty of the finished product. (I say "apparent" because I'm just going by the preview I saw before paying the postage). Thanks to Smug & Moo, & I can't wait to see my cards... have needed some for a long time!
Is the free 50 business cards deal still valid? It's still showing up on the control panel on the "News" tab. After I entered my card number, it showed the amount, and showed I'd only be charged shipping. ($6, I think). I still could have cancelled it then. But that was only a couple days after the 31st.
