Strange, I don't have this section in my control panel. Is that because I am still on my trial period?
If I remember correctly, you don't have to go to Moo's website separately from Smug, in fact, I don't think you should, because then Moo would have no clue that you had a Smug account. The way I got there was this: Make sure you're logged in. Then click on "buy" (has to be in a gallery that has links or buying or both enabled, I imagine). Then click on "Make Business Cards". NOW you're taken to Moo as it's partnered with Smug, and you can "set up an account" or something like that. After you've done that, then you can go back to your control panel & set it to "Full" access if it isn't set at that already.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Yeah, I wish there was a clear way to get to stuff like this so that so many people wouldn't have to be searching all over for a way to do it, but that's the way it is. Wastes a lot of time. But we seem to like things tucked away in nooks & crannies here on Smug. Ah well.

    Great business cards from MOO
I got my cards today and they really are beautiful... I'd say perfect in about every way, especially for the small amount of time I spent "designing" them. I will definitely go back for more, and it's nice MOO saves that info. in your account so you don't have to re-invent the wheel when you want more. The photos are slightly darker than they look online, but I expected that; it just comes with the territory of printing. So to anyone reading this, I'd say choose your photos with the degree of brightness in mind; don't use ones that already appear on the darker side, unless you really want them that way. The paper is quite nice, and everything shows up very handsomely though. As others said, packaging is quite attractive as well. Way to go, Smug & MOO! clap.gif

OK for the record this really sucks - Being busy and all I only just got around to doing the cards only to realize at checkout that the offer wasn't valid any more.

Thanks for pursuing such offers for smuggers, it's really great - I hope my suggestions below are useful and that you understand my pain.

    A few suggestions for SMUGMUG:
    1) Make it obvious that the coupon is really only valid for one month, in this case JULY e.g. call it JULY Promo offer. Saves people even reading further if the item is still in the 'news' thread. It's history now, not news
    2) Perhaps put at the top of the article (if you didn't in the title) in red bold type "THIS OFFER IS VALID IN JULY ONLY SO HURRY UP NOW PEEPS" I know Smug mug is generally good with this approach.

Now, I did order it. Only because I spent so much time agonizing over which photos to include I figured my time wasted was worth more than the ~$26 bucks "wasted" on the cards

I think the offer was at least June & July. Well, you were wise to go through with it anyway. The cards are worth it, imho.

    Bad
Wow take this offer down off Smugmug if the offer no longer stands. I just spent all that time designing my cards and got all the way to the end to find out... what the heck... the offer no longer stands. Well I guess I won't find out about this service and continue using my local designer. Sad day :(

I can get 1000 cards for $100 with the same quality why would I order only 50 for $25

Sorry, that's a release note. We had it in several places on our actual site, in the catalog and in the buy button page as well. We removed those.

    Thanks!
