I was more interested in driving yesterday, so it turns out the most of the shots I took were pretty much crap. One had a mailbox shadow right across the hood, bad stuff folks, this is a photo forum after all.
2 good ones:
and one lame P&S one right after I signed on the dotted line (my poor truck is in the background too :cry)

i was thinking a3 and when it wasnt a match i dunno why i never bothered to think vw. oh well. vry nice, should get you plenty of tickets!
We should so do this! Picture it, we schedule a dgrin meetup, but make it at an AutoX event. It will draw out the shooters - can you imagine the good DrIt and Andy expressions they'd capture? We'd draw in the car geeks from this thread. Maybe even some ladies diggin' our sweet new rides!

I've just been informed that auto racing is against the Dgrin rules. Meet you at Virgil's for Ribs
Erik, before this thread, I had you pictured as an all year motor guy, that had some beaten up car that was held together with rubber bands for situations that called for a roof over your head.
After reading this thread, I did have you pictured in something original. A truck. A GTI. A classic beemer. It all fits. I didn't picture you in a pretenders car (like a SUV or something). I was worried about the Merc you posted. Mercs might be all nice and stuff, but over here, they have "middle age" written all over them. Mercedes has a real image problem in my country.

Good post
As for the all-year-motor, I admit, I'm not quite that tough. But, between March and December of last year I put a total of 2500 miles on the truck (this was during contruction of my house and moving), v. 10,000 on the bike.
There's a new MB in the parking lot and the hood looks like what you got
(but what do I know?). Anyway, I don't picture you driving anything in the
MB class. If anything, I see a big fat fugly GS as the primary vehicle (weather
permitting) and then something like a pickup but certainly not an AC car

It's the only photo I have on SM, but that'd be a 40' RTS.
I have a class B CDL w/passenger endorsement.
Winger has a much better photo, actually, we both worked for a number of years driving these rigs:
