I'll check back in a year, maybe this will have died by then.
Found this back on page 13 from a year and 2 days ago.

It used to be that this thread was bumped daily........

I was watching An Inconvenient Truth this evening when I saw a very familiar image.
They zoomed in a quite a bit, and made the taillights more red... but it's this pic all right.
Now I'm torn. Not sure if it's worth a big hassle to get the $150 they owe me. Or if I should spend a lot of time and effort to hold them accountable.
This photo has a vey distinctive footprint and in my opinion ownership could easily be proven. Even if the photo was taken from the same location, what are the chances of the same lights being turned on or off in the buildings? There are many other telltale items in the photo as well. If it were mine, I would be asking a lot more than $150 in damages.
Even more if any pixels were harmed during the production of the movie :-)

Me too. But then I tried that and it's surprisingly stable, so thanks for tip Sid!
Here's a thought, if you do that with a circular fish-eye, you will be taking a piccie of half the world and mooning the entire other half.

So that's how he does it!
How many worldwide exclusives have been lost by lesser photographers just because of a little flatulence at the wrong moment?
So, did you ever manage to get anything with that taxi company?
