Got my TinEye account activated and of course one of the first things to try was to see if Sid's image actually pops up anywhere..
Guess what? Found 3 copies/mods!
Sid, if you want links - let me know I'll email them to you.
And for everybody else - get the TinEye, it's a pure magic!
If you are certain that they took your image and used it without your permission it my personal opinion that you should get a very saavy attorney, take them to court and GET YOUR MONEY! If they legally own the rights to the picture then they should be able to come up with the photographer that shot it or a receipt from the stock agency that sold it to them.
Chill, dude, read the rest of the thread, not just the first post...

The image appears at the 1hr: 07min 40-44 second mark in the film. Got a screenshot for you, uploading now.
I also looked at the credits, they credit the still photos to many, many people. If that is your shot it's also possible someone else gave them permission and passed it off as thier own.
If you compare the alledged original with the capture you can clearly see it's taken from a different perspective:

You don't have to be an expert to see that those are different photos.
I was recently watching a movie called "An Inconvenient Truth", and I saw an awesome image of a city skyline and highway. I wonder how much money the photog was paid for that image?? Anyone?
