The ones I've seen are all rather small. A fat fingered typist like me needs space, man. (That's why I like the Macbook's own keyboard, nicely spaced.)

I will compare them. I also have an old Macally keyboard I could sell you since my powermac came with one and I do not use the old one.

It does not moo like that. I can hear the fan when the processor is being taxed, but it is not that big a deal. Does yours? ear.gif

The one thing about that keyboard is it will have a special driver for all those special keys. It may not be MacIntel compatible, I would check on that first.

And yes, Apple keyboards are fine, IMO.

No, no mooing. But maybe teenagers can hear it, same as the stupid ringtone I can't make out.

I measured 8" across the Macbook and Mac keyboard and they are very close to the same size, the biggest difference being the key shape, but I think you could manage with a mac keyboard, plus you could get a wireless one.

It shouldn't affect the regular keys, they should work just fine. But the special Glengarry keys will be b0rked if the driver isn't compatible.

Sorry if this has been asked. Do you guys prefer boot camp or ll's? I was thinking that I'd shell out the $50 for ll's but then I read this article. So anyone use photoshop on parallels? Is it retarted slow or is it slow but useable, or just plain old fine?

Also, where's the best place to get RAM again?

bah... nevermind on the parallels question. I decided that my MBP just won't be my primary PS machine until CS3 comes out so I can just deal with any performance hits for now. So since it'd be so much easier to not have to reboot, parallels it is.

So much for a great mac program. :cry
    Microsoft acquires iView

What started out ten years ago as humble Mac freeware for keeping track of multimedia files has now been acquired by Microsoft. On June 22, 2006, the Redmond, Washington-based software giant inked a deal with iView Multimedia, maker of the popular image cataloger MediaPro, to buy the London-based company and the products it makes.
