So now that we've established that coupons will be here, let's get back to how we want the feature to work and how we will use them.

The first thing I plan to do is offer two sets of coupons--one to my previous customers and one to the vehicle owners. I might even put out a special time-based coupon before raising prices.

I've thought about credits, but I'm not exactly sure how I could utilize them right now.

Since they are already in testing, I'd say you should wait to see how they are implemented. Way too late for more recommendations on how they should work, unless you are thinking for v2.0.

If they hit in the next week or so I can take advantage of them for a Christmas show I'm shooting on the 16th, but I'd need to have it fully functional by this weekend if I'm going to get anything in to the show program.

Smuggers have been asking for this feature for @5 years so,

Well, I used a coupon for a Cyber Monday email blast and got a nice spike in sales. Hope they get coupons here soon as I really like the Smug community.

I really like smug mug but it does seem like it is behind on a few things.
I am checking out exposuremanager as a possible alternative.
they have coupons, packages and some other items I will be checking out.
They are also experimenting with live order help.
