The quote goes with the pic perfectly. I think it's a winner.

    Edgy.

Now, personally, I would feel proud drinking some "enhanced" hot chocolate from that mug. But I'd only bring it out when the wifey was away. rolleyes1.gif

I've seen that quote, and in fact have it on my Quotes of the Week list, but I haven't used it yet due to the edginess of the quote. Geez I'm getting old and conservative, aren't I?

Quote too long? Other feelings about it?

I just had a thought about that picture. It's a great picture but how conservative are the people at the conference. If they are conservative and say have a 14 year old daughter they will not want that picture on a mug in their house. Now if they are in their 20's they will ask where they can buy 15 more of them.

And how much are they gonna cost? I'd order that mug.

    Urgent -- need immediate reply
    http://www.california.com/~dee/catalogue.html

Select "click here to see a slide show" to get the image number, which I'll need.

You are more than welcome to use any of these images on the mugs, and please do credit me as photographer "Dee Golden."

But please let me know tonight, as I have to get on a plane tomorrow for NY...

I'd be more than happy to send you the high res files, good size for mugs, I'm sure. I have most of them in .psd format, let me know size and resolution, and format (jpg, tiff, psd, etc.) needed and I can resize and get them to you by midnight.

Gorgeous. I take that one. I think our audience could wish that surfer is them and project themself into this scene.

You want your name on it? I'll try to find a quote that fits it like:

I like the one you made up, Baldy. I have nothing like that, I would if there were people here, but there aren't.

    Sorry,
    ginger

I would add a car one: like the guy said safer.

And a sit com did a show on red sports cars being girly, you could keep that in mind,
    bye,

    Baldy,

I don't have any photos online, (ne_nau.gif :cry ), but if you think you could use this, just let me know and I'll send you a larger version.

    just a thought...
Obtaining the usage rights to photos for the use that Smugmug has in mind seems to be a clear, as this thread and the individual photographer's positive responses takes care of that issue nicely.

But... the quotes? What, I wonder, are the legal ramifications, of placing quotes on a product, for promotional purposes, of those of notoriety, that may already be copyrighted by themselves or their heirs and successors?
