I beg to differ with ya there Diva...

The correct plural is "All-y'all".... c'moan.. ever-body knows that.

Nah, that's them upper class Southerners. Heck fire, after two weeks in Seattle, my accent doesn't know whether it's left, right, across the pond or hither, yonder and upside down. Guess I'll just hush my mouth before I get my knickers all twisted in a tizzy.

    Hi Kerry and Emily,

Would it be OK if I went with a song that was born off of a video game? It is more of a film score or in this case a video game score headscratch.gif. The song title is "Apocalypse", the composer's name is Jesper Kyd, and the video game is called "Hitman". Here is a youtube link to the score:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gOP5ha3I3g

The lyrics are in Latin. When it first came out, it was a huge hit.

BTW: can I go with "Oh Canada!" - the Canadian anthem? rolleyes1.gif

Any song title from any genre and any country is eligible. My only caveat is that if it isn't quite mainstream, enough info should be in the entry caption to help me track it down (if song artist/composer isn't enough). thumb.gif Oh, and if the song title isn't in one of the Romance languages, a translation couldn't hurt. lol3.gif

Mm, like Kansas in that they're still recording and touring, but not quite that classic rock. And Kansas is just a smidge too early.

Ok, cool, so I guess I will include the same info in the caption that I mentioned in my post then which hopefully should be enough for the Judges to track it down easily.

As for the translation for it, I am not the right person :help :D

Ok, well, how about this then, if it meets the theme, is technically sound and aesthectically pleasing, it stands a good chance. Anything else, may or may not. mwink.gif

That'd be "co'cola" down these parts... My mother of course was from way up north on the "south shore," where it's called a "tawnic.."

Well, just so happens Kansas is the one I am working on putting together now.. Thanks Aaron...blbl.gif

At least it is good to hear you don't "dislike" them.. :D

Problem is pulling off my vision, it is a good thing I have a few back up plans.. One thing I have noticed with this theme is that the ideas just flood in, but when I try to pull it off with the camera, it is a whole other story, especially since I am in need of a dry shoot, and live in lush Tennessee...

Anyways,, I am guessing you are into the 80's stuff Kerry? Are you an eighties girl?

Well, since your 2nd fav is not main stream, then I am going to guess your 1st choice is similar per your nature?

    hmm... Thinking... headscratch.gif

The Cure? :D -- Gotta be the Cure..mwink.gif

Either that or Depeche Mode.. I am getting close yes?

...No way in heck can I pull off that idea without the help of Hollywood.
