I'm fairly new here. And, I rarely like any photos of myself. However, this one was taken by my hubby, and it shows not only my face, but also a bit of my personality....

    Messing About
Hi, brand new and insomniated so I thought I might as well make an introduction. I'm pretty vain so I take a lot of pictures of myself...and here's one to start:::

Hello Friends of the Visual Arts, Feeling Froggy?
I was wanted to connect with others who were like minded. I have been following my dream but until now, have not gone public much. I choose to stay positive, and have faith in what I have been doing for about ten years. I have been getting some attention, and have been asked to be apart of the Visual Arts Guild of Frisco. I know my work will give back to the local community, in many ways.

I have been asked to produce as much of my work, as I can afford for display in Downtown, Frisco Square. I will have 7 images, at the Visual Arts Guild of Frisco. I could use some advice, and hope to gain knowledge here.
I do not have much time, and have plenty to do. I wanted to price my work, just not sure how to set starting price? Unknown- Yes, Handsigned, Yes, 16"x 24" Photopaper for example?
Feeling Froggy? Not sure how to upload? I will put on Smug Mug

I would like to show some of my work, and have your honest, knowledgable price to start. Any links, or ideals that will help me find help, as I go more public. Maybe this sounds like yourself, and you have tibbet, that will help.
I hope to give more than take, and want to spread color where live takes me. Thanks to all that take time to help an unknown!!!!bowdown.gif

Let's see, photos of myself... I travel alone, so somewhere along the line I started taking self-portraits on trips using a "baby" camera (since it's easier for me to hold out than my SLR is - guess it's time to try a tripod...).

    Here's a self-portrait:

And then there are my "shadow shots".
Here's a shot of me in action on my bike:

    it ain't pretty
.....but its me. I'm what was/is called a deadhead who after jerry's death took up surf fishing with the same passion I devoted to the Dead....now I have a great collection of photos that the dead won't let me sell but some may enjoy. I photographed them for a couple fan magazines.......and if there are any fishermen on the forum I also have fish photos to share on smugmug......not sure how to tell someone how to find me there but my name is Fishead. My internet skills are extremely limited.....

Okay I have been on here for quite some time and never posted my mug- mostly because I don't take pictures of myself.

Per a friends request to see some of me (yes she is an attractive girl) I broke out the tripod, FL36 flash, and proceeded to shoot a few.
Thanks to her I am finally showing my mug around here.
Great portrait! Care to provide a bit of technical background? Camera, lens, etc.
