When I click the 'O' link under the photo, the screen changes to a strange looking slideshow window, with the original gallery page ghosted underneath it. However, it does display the image in its original size. I was mistaken about this part.
    Not a bug.

Yah, that's LightBox, we announced that a few months ago

There hasn't been one for a looooooooooooong time. But you can substitute -O for -L anytime thumb.gif

That would be like... groovy daddy-o. thumb.gif

    And are you using SpeedDemon?

If so, it does not yet work with Safari, and you can get that little annoying error sometimes...

Not using speed demon as far as I know _ I don't even know what it is, but when I went to the link you gave and clicked on 'click here' to turn it on or off, I didnt realise that clicking actually turned it on or off

Anyway - it is off now, and I think it was off before, so I doubt it was that.

EDIT: it still does it - So I guess it's a Safari foible then?

    Photorank bug
I have noticed that whenever I upload an imave into my "wading birds" gallery it is immediately added to my popular photos gallery. If I move the photo to another gallery then it is removed from the popular gallery too.

I just added a blank image to my "wading birds" gallery. It is now on my Popular photos page. Does the popularity of a gallery have anything to with it?

In the feed-data there's a link to add a comment to any picture which will bring you to a page where you can post comments on the picture without the use of captcha.
The tag looks like this: <comments>hxxp://rainforest1155.smugmug.com/comment.mg?Type=Image&TypeID=67784391</comments>

Sorry, I'm an idiot when it comes to feeds. :D
I didn't use any feed reader - I just opened the feeds in IE6 and found the comment tag which included the link to the captcha free comment site. Then I pasted the link into my browser and left myself a comment without the captcha thingy.

OK I'll let the engineers know about it, not sure if it's a bug or an unintended consequence of the feed.

    Thanks!

filmstrip changes photo when changing size
I couldn't find it in search, or maybe i am doing something wrong, but:

For some reason whenever i have selected a photo in filmstrip that is not equal to the first photo of the gallery, it changes back to the first photo of the gallery when i change the photo-size.

Happens to me in FF-win/Flock and IE.

I forced this one to filmstrip; but it happens to me for all filmstrip galleries, forced or un-forced.

After entering the gallery select a different photo, then change the size, and it returns back to the first photo.

    I cleared my cache/cookies, didn't have any effect ne_nau.gif

Actually i just noticed, that after selecting small on my gallery, it automatically goes back to large? Am i going crazy here?

    Andy,

It happens on your site too. I tried a few other site, it happens on all site on all of my browsers. For my page, loggedIn or logged out does not make a difference either.

Whether it was a different viewstyle first, or whether it was forced has no influence.

I changed my screen from native (1600x1200) to 1024x768, but that didn't make a difference.

I just tried it on a different machine (win server 2003, FF & IE) Same thing happens there too. On different smugmug sites too.

Both my lappy and my server are native 1600x1200, can it have something to do with the autoresize thing?

Maybe someone with a windows machine (and 1600x1200) can replicate? ear.gif

Alignment bug in new Black Arts and The Graduate Themes
In both the new themes, in the journal style, alternating horizontal lines are smashed up against the left border. Seeing the same thing in The Big Chill, too. I'm using IE6.

I think I had a similar issue with my customization a while back, and Mike Lane fixed it with a * html [classname] {width:xxx;} line, although I was using a site-warpping div.

Love the three newest themes, though. thumb.gif

    I''ll get it fixed asap.
Thanks for reporting, and the compliments, on the themes!
