If all goes well it will look like this in a month or so, but instead of the yellow French lights they will be a smoked.

Looks like a daily commuter to me. No one would be stealing my parking spot anymore.

I've stood next to one of those at the borax mines in Boron, CA. The diesel engine runs a generator, and each wheel runs off an electric motor. There were dozens of them in this ginormous. They worked an open pit mine, the largest in California. You can see it here in this not very good photo. The text is right...however big you think that hole is, it's bigger.

Anyway, those trucks were pretty cool.

it'll look really good with those new wheels... you're pretty good at those little modification edits in pshop! thumb.gif

That tractor in the background is pretty hot, btw. I used to ride around in one just like it when I was working at the driving range... only mine had a big cage around the drivers compartment, for obvious reasons. Fore!!!

The tractor is a 1958ish Ford. I believe the model is 8N but I'm not positive.

The tractor is super clean and that is the original paint. It has only around 500 hours total use!

I may have mixed up the order, you might be getting the All-Star Tiddlywinks set.

Don't forget I can still return it.

I have to find my brother a car. I've got all my feelers out for an '89-93 535i 5-speed. 3.5L I6 205hp 225tq. The only catch is that 5% of the 535i's made were manuals :(

It's not for sale, but I do know a guy who has one...though he made it into a 5-spd, it was originally an auto.

Well...if you're willing to spend money Brett Anderson over at Koala Motorsport will make a 535 auto (easy to find) into a 535 stick-shift for like $3500 IIRC.

Why the 535 I6 stick-shift requirement? Is that what he wants or what Zac wants? If the latter, tell me the budget and I'll name my recommendations.

It has to be a 5-speed manual, no automatic cars are allowed at my house! Even my mom's CRV and step-dads 4Runner have manual boxes...

Also I wouldn't pay someone to do a manual swap, its really easy if you have all the parts to do it and it has been documented many times. He would just rather start with a manual car.
