It rains a lot here in the Northwest. :-)

I live north of Seattle Washington and shoot mainly softball and baseball.

Some people look better in front of the camera than others (Vesperea is one). I however, am better behind the camera than in front. :)

    Danielle of Ella Rue Photography...
I've been on here since Nov 2007 and I'm just now getting to this part!

    I'm a 100% Georgia girl!
I'm a 25 year old full-time photography student and full-time everything else until Sept 6th when I graduate!!!

I'm getting married on Oct 18th to my best friend, Ben. We're moving to Charlotte N.C. this fall and I hope to establish myself as a wedding photographer there.

I absolutely love smugmug and dgrin! I'd like to give a shout-out to Allen. You are the best when it comes to answering my customization questions!

    Hi everyone!
    Here's a crappy photobooth image...

Ok, first post on the forum, and I made it through 6 pages of this thread before I gave up for the night.

This a self shot I took while leaving Deal's Gap a couple of weeks ago. I was feeling rather depressed.

    Another Aussie from Melbourne......
    Hey Guys,
Yeah, another Aussie.... well not actually; I'm originally from Zimbabwe (glad I'm not there now !!), but been living for the last 20 years in Australia; 18 years in Perth, and the last two years in Melbourne. I don't have a mug shot yet, but will post it sometime when I'm not feeling shy.... I've always liked photography, but only recently started to get serious about it. I hope to make a reasonable contribution here, although there are many extremely professional and talented photographers here.

My first D-SLR was the KonicaMinolta 7D, but found the it didn't reach the level that I wanted or expected, so sold all of my Minolta equipment and bought a Canon system a few months back, expensive, but a very worthwhile change.

I like shooting sports, landscapes and panoramas, night-cityscapes, birds and wildlife and generally all types of photography interest me. I'm fairly keen to go back to Africa and photograph wildlife in the Okavango Delta, as I haven't been back there in 20 years, as well as other places like New Zealand and Alaska. I love to travel when I can, and would hope to meet a travelling companion with the same level of interest in photography someday. I think photography is quite a lonely hobby, but it doesn't have to be...

If you see any of my pics on this forum, I'll look forward to some constructive criticism from y'all....

    All for now,

    Sass

Hey there! I'm Jennifer. Took this with photobooth (like ellarue) - had to put my dog in there 'cause it's more fun to take a photo with her. Though all she wanted to do was look the other way lol

I'm an amateur in the photography realm - so i'll have lots of questions (if i can't find answers with searching). I've already learned a lot from all of you - so thank you :D
I really like this smilie: wings.gif

I work as a set painter/scenic artist and I also create my own artwork. At some point, I'll post a link to my images - still uploading and organizing.

One of my challenges is photographing my artwork - gah - getting the colors right, etc.

    See you aroundthumb.gif

rolleyes1.gif His post must of had the bad link in it originally causing it. After I
replied, it carried into the quote, then he edited his post to correct it. Ya

Sorry for any inconvenience guys. I did edit the link once Al let me know it was bad. I had the original photo in a private gallery that required a password. I then moved it into an unprotected gallery and I believe it is now working. Again, I apologize for whatever problems it might have caused. :D
